Education Program
Since 2002, NCS has been at the forefront of quality conservation education, empowering local schools and colleges to address critical environmental challenges such as man-animal conflicts, forest fires, and the value of ecosystem services. Through over 500 nature camps, NCS has inspired and educated more than 1,000,000 students, 2,000 teachers, farmers, and Forest Department staff.
These camps not only broaden participants’ understanding of pressing ecological issues but also ignite a passion for sustainable solutions. Additionally, NCS has established 40 ECO CLUBS in high-pressure regions, fostering a sense of responsibility among high school students and creating a ripple effect of conservation awareness in their communities.
